Whether it’s taking our residents out to brunch or laughing alongside them during movie night, our caregivers bring their unique personalities to the Southwind community, offering an all-around charming experience.
Our caregivers take the time to learn meaningful details about each resident, creating a true bonding experience. They take the time to truly understand what makes our residents light up. Trusted relationships with residents blossom into friendships. From breaking out the dance moves to breaking out in song, we go to great lengths to keep our residents happy. This philosophy of personalized care makes it easier and more enjoyable for our residents to reach the goals they set for themselves.

As Director of Nursing at Southwind, Angela Blanchard, RN, is a ray of light for our residents, their families, and our caregivers. She’s passionate about ensuring that all residents and their families are happy with the care they’re receiving. Angela is also an advocate in helping others to love where they work.
With a profound passion for caring for the elderly, Angela was destined for a career in long-term care. When it comes to helping families feel comfortable, it’s not uncommon for her to hear the words, “You make me feel so much better about having to make this transition with my parent.”
She brings a wealth of knowledge to the Southwind community from 15 years of experience in long-term care. Angela is an active member of the National Association of Nurses.
Angelique Credeur spends her time at Southwind streamlining communication within the communities and making days brighter for residents. When she’s not encouraging awareness and education on Alzheimer’s disease, she acts as a wealth of information on many other healthcare topics for residents, families, and the Southwind community.
While Angelique is used to hearing from residents that she’s “a lifesaver,” she continues to be a delight for anyone who crosses her path. With nearly 10 years of experience in long-term care, Angelique is a valuable asset to the Southwind team. As a former trainer and entrepreneur in the women’s fitness industry, she brings extensive knowledge on wellness coaching and nutrition.
Angelique has been awarded Social Worker of the Year at Southwind Healthcare and Rehab. She is an active member of the Crowley Chamber of Commerce for 14 years and currently serves on the board. Through her membership in the Crowley Rotary Club and fundraising efforts for the Alzheimer’s Association, she supports the community on many levels.
